Easy Returns at Aeroflow Direct!

We offer an easy-to-follow and generous return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Full Refund:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a full refund on most of our items, within 30 days, with some exceptions (please see the list below for items that require a 25% restocking fee). Any restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued.

To qualify for a return please note the following:

  • Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging
  • Items must be returned within 30 days
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any shipping service you like to return your item

Due to the medical nature of our products, any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned. We do consider products including nebulizers and oxygen concentrators used if the seal is broken or opened or if usage hours are placed on the machine.

Restocking Fee:

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the following unused items:

  • Power Wheel Chairs, Scooters, Lift Chairs, and Manual Wheel Chairs
  • Mobility Lifts and Ramps
  • Back Braces
  • Oxygen Concentrators, Portable Oxygen Concentrators, and Nebulizers
  • Hospital Beds and Mattresses
  • Bathroom Aids

Return Authorizations:

You must have a return authorization number to send a return. Please call us at 1-844-487-0041 Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST to obtain a return authorization number and a return address. Please note that not all returns go to our corporate warehouse. We will give you the return address at the time of authorization.

Incorrect or Defective Items:

In the rare chance that you are shipped a defective or incorrect item, Aeroflow Direct will mail you a postage-paid return label and re-send your shipment, no questions asked.

Manufacturer's Warranties: 

Power Chair, scooter, lift chair, nebulizer and oxygen concentrator warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer. Please contact us at shop@aeroflowinc.comto verify the item is still under warranty.
