Beyond the tracking function, the app also helps to educate the patient by offering free videos and guides that focus on obstructive sleep apnea and the Philips Respironics Dreamstation or SystemOne sleep therapy equipment. Similar to playing video games, the app allows you to set goals for your therapy, unlock levels of achievement to help you stay the course, as well as set helpful reminders on routine maintenance including cleaning or replacing your machine.

It is highly suggested that you wear one of the Philips Respironics masks in order to participate fully in the DreamMapper app. This includes users who wear the Respironics Amara Full Face Mask, the Respironics Nuance Pro-Gel Pillows Mask, among other models.
