Diet, Exercise, and Sleep Apnea

By working out you can help reduce cravings because the receptors in your brain are getting flooded with endorphins which satiate your brains desire for pleasure. Along with this, your body also requires deeper sleep when you work out. The more you workout, the more tired you will be at night therefore leading to deeper sleep (especially when coupled with CPAP Therapy). All of this of course adds to weight loss, cardio fitness and greater health overall.

Along with working out, proper diet can go a long way. For example, the average 20 ounce fast food sized soda contains around 250 calories. To burn that off you would have to walk around 3 miles. Even cutting out one soda per day can result in 1 pound of fat lost over two weeks.
