The bark of the African Evergreen Tree is where the chemical used to make Yohimbe is found. It is known to work against ED in some instance but is not considered 100% safe. It is strongly advised that you consult with your primary care physician before taking Yohimbe.
This supplement originates from the bark of pine trees and could take some time before any benefits or improvements are achieved. Research does provide some instances that this has helped with erectile dysfunction. If you take this you may obtain headaches, mouth ulcers, become dizzy and develop light shakes. Again, you will want to consult with your doctor before taking.
Be aware that there are numerous forms of herbal or natural remedies for erectile dysfunction. Some of these products have ingredients similar to prescription medications that are dangerous to your health when taken without the supervision of your doctor or when the incorrect amount is ingested. Some of these products are still used by men out of desperation despite the ban the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has placed on them.
